The BPAC Clinical Solutions, InPractice team supports Doctors in their recertification process in New Zealand. Currently more than 2,200 doctors across a wide range of specialties use our secure online systems to support their training and development. Our small, highly skilled team provide bespoke solutions for sector-leading clients.
Mōu | About you
The role would suit someone who can provide excellent customer support, a good phone manner, good computer skills, great time management and the ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent client experience.
This is a Dunedin based role reporting to the Service Delivery Manager.
Tēnei tūranga – About the role
This position will be responsible for contacting our members, and administration and other related tasks to enable the effective management of our development programme.
They will also provide general support to the Service Delivery Manager.
